SHIPPING PRICES 
  • Free Shipping on all orders 
  • Plus Shipping (Track & Insure) - $3.95
  • 1 Year Warranty + Track & Insure - $8.95

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

  • We offer worldwide shipping to all countries. Shipping to the USA and Europe takes approximately 5-25 business days. Shipments to the rest of the world are between 7-30 business days.

  • You will be able to track your order using the tracking link that will be sent to your email after we processed and shipped out your order.
  • All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days.
  • Please note during special offer or sale events or new collection launch you may experience a 3-7 days delay in receiving your order.
  • Please bear in mind this is an estimation provided by our carriers.
  • The estimated time dies not include the customs processing which are unfortunately out of our control.

CANCELLED ORDER

  • All cancellations must be made within 24 hrs of initial purchase.
  • You must contact us within the first 24 hrs. Even if we do not respond right away, your request to cancel must be received within the first 24hrs after a purchase. Do to the nature our custom products, every order is "made to order". Your product starts manufacturing process 1 day after you place your order, so we do not allow cancellations after 24 hrs.
  • All requests after 24 hr period will be denied.
  • 'Skip the Line' orders may not be cancelled. 
  • Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the order has been processed
  • A 5% fee will be charged when orders are cancelled.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

  • All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes
  • All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • All Taxes and customs are not included in the cost of the order or shipping carge
  • Please check your local customs website for more information

  • kneesplus™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit 
  • The shipping costs for orders are non refundable
  • By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Simply email support@kneesplus.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorization.
  • Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5605 av gatineau H3T 1X6   Montreal Canada  
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
